A DC-based animal group was seeing low conversion rates on their length single-step donation form. I re-conceived the flow as a multi-step form with a progress bar and large background image to heighten the emotional impact of the appeal.
While all steps were mocked up for desktops, mockups for the first step were also done for tablets and mobile devices:
